At predetermined times selected by the client, RBR will automatically scan each system for new or modified data, select and categorize specific files, compress, encrypt, and send them off site to data storage facilities. RBR backs up all specified data without interruption while the systems are running. Customer files, vendor lists, and billing databases can be accessed during the back up process so not to disrupt your critical day-to-day business operations.
