- The Samsung Digital Camera has a built-in Face Detection feature that detects up to nine different faces, enabling you to take perfect portraits of friends and family. In addition to automatically adjusting focus and brightness to optimum levels, this feature also senses and removes red-eye.Faces of up to 9 people are recognised and focused automatically, resulting in the best possible shooting conditions. AF: Regardless of the composition of the picture, the face of a subject is automatically recognised and focused. AE: Even in backlit conditions, exposure is adjusted automatically to optimise image quality.
- Using the face detection function, a beeping sound notifies users when a face is located in a proper position. This function helps convenient and accurate self portraits.
- This Self Timer function enables the camera to detect the movement of a subject and take the picture automatically when the movement stops. After the motion timer is set and the shutter button is pressed, the camera is moved to the shooting setting to prepare for taking pictures. When the subject is ready for shooting and stops moving, the camera senses it and automatically takes the picture.
- When each camera function is set up, instructions for the corresponding function is provided so that the camera can be operated even by a beginner. Instructions regarding the entire camera functions such as shutter and aperture as well as shooting are available. Provides a brief description of the main functions and different modes the camera has to offer. The different icons, scene modes and other features are described in simple and easy to understand terms to improve the interaction between the user and camera.
