Nextar announced the Q4-LT GPS navigation system that comes bundled with a a free lifetime subscription for live traffic information. Nextar Q4-LT features a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, 16 million points of interest, built-in speaker, and text-to-speech.

Other than pointing you the way, the Nextar Q4-LT plays MP3 and displays JPEG images. It comes with integrated antenna and a stylus. The Nextar Q4-LT navigation system with free lifetie live traffic reports will be available in Q3 2009 for about $249.99.
