PSORENT is a clinically-proven, steroidfree solution, designed to help eliminate and prevent recurrence of itching, scaling, flaking, redness and skin irritation associated with psoriasis.
Can PSORENT be used on scalp psoriasis?
Before using PSORENT for scalp lesions, you should test a small discrete spot first to make sure the solution will not discolor hair.
Directions:
These are the steps a psoriasis patient should follow when applying PSORENTTM. Apply to affected areas one to two times daily. Wash skin with a gentle cleanser, rinse and let dry. Remove the screw-on cap from the top of the bottle to expose the applicator. Turn the bottle upside down and gently press the applicator on to skin to start the flow of medication. Dab the flowing medication onto psoriatic patches. Apply just enough medication to wet the skin and avoid dripping. Allow solution to fully dry before dressing and do not rinse off treated skin. Cap bottle tightly after use.
Warnings:PSORENT’s medication can make you more
sensitive to the sun. You should use a minimum
of SPF 15 sunscreen and wear protective
clothing outdoors during daylight hours to
avoid burning. You should also cleanse any
treated areas before exposing them to sunlight.
A heightened risk of burning continues for 24
hours after application.
