Made from a patented material that provides a unique combination of breathability, flexibility, washability and adhesiveness, the self-adhesive Oleeva Vertical Mastopexy Scar Reduction Silicone Sheet Pair – (3 x 6.5 in; 8 x 17 cm - w/Self Adhesive Side) is medically proven to help reduce the appearance, size, height, thickness, and color of scars for all skin types and color. Designed as a one piece design for use following a vertical mastopexy, this Oleeva scar sheet is the first and only product on the market that is specifically designed for a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) scars. Oleeva works well on both new and old scars regardless of the age of the scar, and can be used on all types of post-surgery scars, hypertrophic and keloid scars, and other scar types caused by injury, trauma, and burns. Recommended by plastic surgeons and dermatologists, Oleeva Scar Reduction Sheets are so thin, soft, and flexible, that you will forget that you’re wearing the latest technology for scar management. The outer surface of the sheet is covered with a silky fabric for a touch of elegance and optimal comfort. Most importantly, the inner surface is made of a patented material called Silon, which is formed from a unique blend of silicone and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The PTFE provides an internal reinforcing mechanism, thereby creating very thin sheets of soft silicone with significantly enhanced physical strength.
Oleeva is an inexpensive approach for making your scar softer and smoother, neutralizing the scar color, and for flattening raised scars. By flattening, softening, smoothing, and blending the scar with the surrounding healthy skin, these silicone sheets help make the scar far less noticeable. Additionally, this silicone sheet may be used to help in the prevention of hypertrophic and keloid scarring when used on closed scars following surgery, trauma, or burns. This silicone sheet can be used for an arm lift (brachioplasty) and arm reduction, and scars following surgery, injury, trauma, and burns. This silicone sheet may be easily cut by the patient to match the shape and size of the scar. This silicone sheet is easy to use and has no reported side effects. Oleeva Silicone Scar Therapy is an inexpensive way to manage your scar without messy gels or pastes.
As the optimal period of use of silicone sheets for a scar reduction treatment is typically 8-12 weeks, it is recommended to purchase 2-4 sheets since each sheet typically will typically remain effective for a 4-6 week period.

Directions: First wash your scars and hands.
Step 1: Remove the product from its package and, if necessary, trim the pieces to fit slightly beyond the edges of the scarred area.
Step 2: Peel away the paper protective liner (save for later use). Place the scar sheet -– sticky side down – directly on the scarred area. Keep the scar sheet in place for at least 12 hours and up to 23 hours per day.
Step 3: At least once a day, wash the scarred area and the adhesive side of the scar sheet with mild soap and water. Rinse the product thoroughly to remove all traces of soap. Apply scar sheet to your skin or other clean surface while still wet and blot-dry the back surface using a cloth or towel. Between uses, store scar sheet on the paper protective liner. The silicone sheet should not be applied on open wounds. |
