ScarAwayTM shrinks, flattens and fades scars, both old and new, with the same clinically proven silicone sheet technology used by plastic surgeons, hospitals, and burn centers nationwide.
  • Significantly reduces the appearance of existing scars
  • Helps prevent the formation of new scars
  • Easy to use and comfortable to wear
  • Doctor recommended

ScarAway is formulated with advanced Silon® Technology, the newest innovation in silicone sheeting for the reduction and prevention of raised and discolored scars (hypertrophic scars and keloids). These types of scars may result from surgical procedures, burns, and skin injuries.

ScarAway flattens, smoothes, and fades scars, restoring skin to a more natural texture and color. ScarAway is so advanced, it actually helps prevent unsightly scars from forming on newly healed skin. Each ultra-thin ScarAway sheet is made with a patented material that provides a unique combination of breathability, flexibility, washability and adhesiveness. ScarAway is lined on one side with silicone and has a silky soft fabric backing for optimal comfort, even under clothing.
Directions:
  1. Wash and dry scar area.
  2. Remove ScarAway from its package. Peel off liner from adhesive side of sheet.
  3. Apply sheet with adhesive side directly on the scar. Keep sheet in place for at least 12 hours and up to 23 hours per day.
  4. At least once per day, remove ScarAway sheet and wash the scarred area and both sides of the sheet with a mild soap and water. Do not use a soap that contains moisturizers, lotions, or oils. A plain basic soap is recommended. Rinse ScarAway thoroughly to remove all traces of soap. Allow ScarAway to air dry or pat dry with a lint-free cloth before reapplying. After 7 days, discard sheet and replace with a new one.
  5. Store your ScarAway sheet on the protective liner or in your ScarAway storage case (included in some packages).
