Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM is intended for the removal of common warts and plantar warts (on the bottom of the foot). Common warts are
non-cancerous growths that consist of a hard core of skin. They can be
round or irregular in shape with flat or raised surfaces. Their color can be
variations of brown, white or gray or brown. Typically, common warts
grow around the nails, on the fingers and on the backs of hands, but can
also be found on the knees and face, most often where the skin has been
previously broken. You can recognize a common wart by its rough,
"cauliflower"- like surface.
You can recognize a plantar wart by its location only on the bottom of the
foot, its tenderness, and identified by the way it interrupts the normal
pattern of the skin. Plantar warts are usually larger than common warts
and are flatter because of the pressure put on the bottom of the foot.
Most plantar warts don’t stick up above the surface of the skin. They are
often confused with calluses and can exist with them.

- Do not use Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM on things that are not warts, such
as moles, birthmarks, skin tags, dark-colored, hairy or otherwise unusual
looking skin conditions that resemble warts. If you treat a skin condition
that is not a wart, you delay proper treatment. This delay may lead to a
more serious skin condition or disease, and could damage healthy skin or
nerves.
- Do not use Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM on areas of thin skin, such as
your face, armpits, chin, breasts or buttocks. Use on these areas may
cause burns and permanent scarring of the skin or blindness.
- Do not use Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM on genital warts, mucous
membranes, such as inside your mouth, nose, anus, genitals, lips, ears or
near eyes or on skin conditions with signs of swelling or redness. Use on
these areas may cause delayed healing, burns and permanent scarring of
the skin.
- Do not use on children younger than 4 years old because it is uncertain
how Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM will affect the child’s skin.
Use on young children may cause burns and permanent scarring of
their skin.
- Do not use if you are diabetic, have poor blood circulation or have been
diagnosed with blood conditions affected by extreme cold.
Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM works by freezing the wart. People with
diabetes will find that the treated area may not heal as well or completely.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is uncertain how
Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM may affect patients under these conditions.
- Use only as directed. Misuse of Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM may result
in burns and permanent scarring of healthy tissue or blindness.
- Keep out of the reach of children. Failure to follow instructions may
result in serious injury or harm. Contents are hazardous if swallowed,
breathed or sprayed on body parts other than warts.
- Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM is toxic if taken internally. Do Not Put It In
Your Mouth Or Nose. If you get it in your mouth or nose, get medical
help or contact a poison control center immediately.
- Extremely Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame. Do not smoke while
using Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM. Do not expose to heat or store at
temperature above 120°F. Store at room temperature away from heat.

- Contents under Pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate canister, even
after use. This may cause the canister to explode, causing serious injury.
- Avoid Contact with Eyes. Contact with eyes may cause blindness. Do not rub
or touch eyes with hands if Freeze 'n Clear Skin ClinicTM has been applied to
them. If product gets into eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and get
medical help right away.
- Avoid Inhaling and Use Only in Well-Ventilated Areas. It is uncertain how the
vapor/spray will affect the lungs. Breathing the vapor/spray is hazardous.
- Do Not Eat. Contents are toxic and may cause serious internal damage. If
eaten by accident, get medical help or contact a poison control
center immediately.
